Editorial & advertising policy
Published October 29, 2026· NOW HEALTH is a product of 5th Echelon
Good health information should be open about who made it, what supports it, and what it cannot tell you. These standards describe the public NOW HEALTH guides and how they relate to our AI tools and advertising.
1. Who publishes this website
NOW HEALTH is published by 5th Echelon. The public guides support health literacy and preparation for conversations with qualified healthcare professionals. NOW HEALTH is a technology and education product, not a healthcare provider, medical practice, or clinical publisher claiming professional review.
Use our About page to learn what the product does and our Contact page for publishing questions, feedback, and correction requests. Support is not a clinical or emergency service.
2. What the guides cover
Our guides focus on practical education: checking the reliability of information, organizing personal observations, preparing appointment questions, and understanding the limitations of AI. They do not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatments, interpret individual test results, or promise health outcomes.
The guides are free to read without creating an account. Personal AI conversations, notes, and preparation are separate member tools; they are not published as editorial content.
3. Sources and practical examples
Each guide identifies its publisher and publication date, includes further reading, and links to sources relevant to the general principles discussed. Sources include public materials from organizations such as the National Library of Medicine, the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality, and the World Health Organization.
The examples and checklists are original educational material prepared for NOW HEALTH, not copied patient records, personal testimonials, or instructions issued by the source organizations. Links do not imply that an organization endorses NOW HEALTH. A source can inform a general explanation without establishing that it applies to an individual.
4. AI assistance and clinical-review limits
These guides were prepared with AI assistance and checked against the cited public sources during preparation. This is not clinical review. We do not identify an individual clinician as an author or reviewer, and we do not represent the guides as professionally medically reviewed.
AI can introduce errors or omit context. Source links, publication details, and this disclosure help readers assess the material; they are not a guarantee of accuracy. The conversational AI tool also generates its own responses, which are not the same as these published guides. Check important information independently and discuss personal decisions with a qualified professional.
5. Dates, changes, and corrections
Dates on guides describe when that content was published or changed; they are not automatically refreshed to make an unchanged article appear new. An updated guide can show a separate modification date. External pages and recommendations can change, so follow the original source as well as reading our explanation.
If you find an error, use the Contact page and include the guide title or URL, the passage in question, your concern, and a supporting source if available. Do not send identifying health details or medical records. Correction requests can be assessed against the cited sources; submitting a message is not a promise of a particular response time or a clinical answer.
6. Advertising, funding, and independence
Google AdSense may help support the public homepage. An advertisement is not a NOW HEALTH recommendation, a clinical endorsement, or evidence that a product is appropriate for you. The public guides contain no affiliate product recommendations or paid product rankings.
Ad-serving code is restricted to the canonical production homepage. Guides, legal and editorial policies, contact/support, emergency resources, and member tools are kept ad-free. We do not use personal health conversations, notes, appointment preparation, or profile activity to create advertising audiences or remarketing lists. This site requests non-personalized ads subject to applicable consent checks.
Read the advertising privacy disclosure and Cookie Policy for the limits of non-personalized advertising, Google and partner processing, consent, and browser controls.
7. Use information as a starting point
These standards explain our approach; they do not turn general education into medical advice. Never change a care plan solely because of a guide or AI answer. If you need urgent human help, contact local services or see our emergency and crisis resources.
