1. NOW HEALTH is not a substitute for medical care

NOW HEALTH uses artificial intelligence and large language models to provide general information about health, healthcare, and mental wellness. It is not a licensed medical provider, does not practice medicine, and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice. Always seek the guidance of a qualified physician or licensed mental health professional for any questions regarding a medical or mental health condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read on NOW HEALTH.

2. Emergencies

NOW HEALTH is not an emergency service and cannot respond to emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, or you or someone you know is in crisis or considering self-harm, call your local emergency number immediately, or in the United States call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or call 911.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use NOW HEALTH for any unlawful purpose or to violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the operation or security of the platform.
• Submit another person's health information without appropriate authorization.
• Use the service to harass, abuse, or harm another person.
• Rely on NOW HEALTH outputs as a substitute for professional medical, mental health, or emergency care.

5. Current access and roadmap

The current member tools are free to use. No checkout, paid subscription, automatic renewal, or cancellation system is offered in this application. Plus and Pro cards describe possible future directions, not purchasable plans or committed features. Model availability, usage limits, and service capacity may change; there is no uptime or response-time guarantee.

6. AI-generated content

Responses are generated by AI models and may occasionally be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. 5th Echelon makes no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated response, and you assume full responsibility for how you use that information.

7. Intellectual property

NOW HEALTH, its design, logos, and underlying technology are owned by 5th Echelon and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you submit, and you grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the service to you.

8. Termination

You may stop using NOW HEALTH at any time. Profile offers local-data deletion, not self-service deletion of your shared account. Contact support about account-level requests. We may suspend access to accounts that violate these Terms or pose a risk to the platform or other users.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

NOW HEALTH is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, 5th Echelon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any decisions made based on AI-generated content.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of NOW HEALTH after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
